We know our clients’ trust is the most important thing they give us.
We believe people should have control of their money. They should also have choices about what products and services they use for retirement income planning. That’s the bedrock of our firm’s mission.
We have dedicated ourselves to putting our clients’ needs first—every time.

Rob is active within the community. He is involved with fundraising events for Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade public schools, where he helps teachers raise money for charitable events, organize give-back nights, and assist those in need.
Milana Butmankiewicz
VP Client Relations
Built on a strong foundation of faith, family, and service, Milana Butmankiewicz is beginning her career in the financial services industry.
Inspired by her father, Rob Butmankiewicz, Milana chose to learn the business directly from him rather than pursue a traditional college path. Growing up, she saw firsthand how her father’s career allowed him to be present for the moments that mattered most, while also witnessing the time, care, and dedication he gave to his clients. His commitment to his clients and the relationships he built inspired Milana to pursue a career in financial services.
Following graduation, Milana spent her summer studying for her professional licenses before officially joining the firm in September 2026. She is committed to learning the business, serving clients, and carrying forward the values of honesty, integrity, and service that have guided her father throughout his career.
Milana is fully committed to making this career her Plan A. She believes there is plenty to learn from a mentor who has spent his career helping clients—and if you happen to notice Rob’s hair getting a little grayer along the way, she proudly accepts responsibility.
When she isn’t in the office serving clients or keeping her mentor on his toes, Milana stays active playing flag football and spending time with her two sisters, Faith & Alysia, whom she loves dearly.
